ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK!

SUNDAY, September 5:
OPENING of the New CENTER FOR LEARNING after Worship! This is a very important event happening here! Plan to be a part of it and celebrate the refurbishing of this new space chaired by Mercedes Zuluaga and the Refurbishing Committee who have worked tirelessly all summer to prepare this Center which will be filled by September 12 with many faith-learning opportunities. There will also be a very special dedication of this Center on September 5!

TUESDAY, September 7:
STEWARDSHIP Committee meets at 6 p.m. in the Meeting Room.

ADULT MINISTRY TEAM meets at 7 p.m. in the Meeting Room.

THURSDAY, September 9:
THURSDAY MORNING Study Group meets at 10 a.m.
in the East Room.

FRIDAY, September 10:
FAMILY EVENT for all families of children and youth. We begin at 6:30 p.m. with a Potluck Supper in Elmore Hall. Bring a main dish, side dish, salad or dessert. The children and youth will be creative in designing a personal decal for their specific new classroom in the Center for Learning, followed by supervised free time for the kids while Parents and teachers have a brief Bible Study of the Fall Sunday School Lessons.

NEXT SUNDAY, September 12:
FALL SUNDAY SCHOOL and SCRIPTURE STUDY begins for children and youth in the Center for Learning.
