We're actually getting close to completing the new worship space. What is close? At this point our best guess is within a week or so of Memorial Day. Here is what it's looking like now:
What's next? HVAC, rough electrical, followed by sheet rock and floor tile. It all goes pretty quickly at this point. Then come the final pieces: the installation of the AV system and the pipe organ.
When it's ready to go, there won't be any warning. We'll simply send an email that our first services in the space will be that coming Sunday.
A formal celebration and dedication of the space, including the pipe organ, is tentatively scheduled for the late afternoon on Sunday, September 29.
